Statesman interior prices

Hey guys,

Just wondering how much I will be looking at paying for a VR or VS Statesman interior for a VR Ute. I only need dash and centre console etc, no seats or door cards.

I have been hunting around a few wreckers and keeping my eyes out for a written off stato but no luck yet. I expect the wreckers to be a rip off if i do find one intact.

How much have you guys picked up an interior for?
Which interior would best suit a VR Series II V8 Ute that is bluish black in colour. I have VX Hsv Coulson leather seats to install with fresh black carpet.

I was going to suggest the same thing ! Also check out gumtree, occasionally you will find something there. That's where I got my Stato dash from to fit my VS Ute. I picked up a console from a wreckers for $50 I think. Just need to hunt around and keep checkin Ebay. Best of luck

a mate picked up a complete dash with everything in it (cluster stereo switches etc) from a vs stato for $100 from the wreckers .

yeah it was cheap helps when your a regular at a particular wreckers.

I got a whole dash of ebay mint condition out of S3 stato for $150 which seems to be average price

Looks like it is a matter of keeping an eye on wreckers until something decent comes up. Have now got a fair idea what sort of price i will be facing.
