I wouldnt bother machining the discs, you can buy brand new discs for just a few dollars more than the cost of machining your old ones, and new ones are always better..

I just fitted new brake pads all round on my VS and they were bendix ultimate which are a pretty good brake pad, and they cost me $70 for the fronts and $70 for the rears from supercheap. You can pick up 4 new discs for around $50 -$60 each, maybe cheaper on ebay,,so thats gonna be around $340 for the new parts, maybe less if you get them through ebay. Then theres the cost of labour.Thats the bit Im not to sure about,I do my own work, but Id guess at least $200 labour or more to fit them. You are probably looking at around $500 all up.Unless you can find someone, brother, friend etc to fit them for you.Its not a hard job really. That will keep the cost down.

Bout $20 a disc for machineing and $80 for front pads, $50 for the rears. Machineing sounds like a must given the vibration you described, they are definatly warped
