What spoiler???
HEY GUYS
I recently bought a Vr Berlina, really happy with it except for the holes in the boot where a spoiler used to sit. I intend to replace it but was wondering if a spoiler off a newer model would fit, i understand id probably have to drill new holes but was wondering if the width of where it mounts to the boot lid were the same

As long as you are drilling new holes then pretty much anything should fit, but its a matter of whats going to look good or not.
A spoiler that looks small on one car may look huge on another. Maybe post a thread in the photoshop section and see if someone can whip you up a few examples of what your after?

thanks man, i haven't really though about looks yet just more or less seeing what my options, i just need the make sure the old holes get covered by the new spoiler as i dont want to have to bog and paint them up

In my opinion, i think having no spoiler looks much better than a spoiler. On my VR i have a boot lip which i think looks cooler, but its up to you and how you want your car to look.
Maybe have a google search and see what you prefer, though this would still mean bogging up your holes.
Possibly a VR Clubsport spoiler?

No spoiler look soooo much better... unless its a Spack lip or a GTSR
i beleive having no spoiler makes it look clean, or get one of the s-pack spoilers which was possibly what they had on there?

yeah im starting to come round to the spoiler-less look, guess ill just try find a boot lid in the right colour and good condition at the wreckers
