VS not turning over

Hey guys,

Just wondering if someone could help me interpret some error codes I recieved after checking them today when my VS V6 Commodore wouldnt turn over, Car was fine yesterday, as usual took a while to turn over but started fine and then this morning just wont fire.

Code 76 - Air/Fuel ratio variation between left and right banks
Code 48 - Cam Angle Sensor

So where to start? :S Or is it off to the mechanic with this one? (Mrs car so i'm dead if i don't get it fixed asap lol)
