    Default VS Central locking Button

Hi i recently just bought a new vs acclaim... but the passengers door lock thingy has popped out of place and it doesnt lock anymore?
Is there any way to pop it back into place because the central locking still works on it because it tries to jam down when u lock the car, but because its popped out it cant.

Ill put an image of the button area im talking about. (Its not the car btw)

    Any help is appreciated.

not 100% sure what your saying.
but if you can lock it but the "snib" doesnt go down there might be something in the way.
had a similar problem with the orange part out a few mm. went to wreckers got a new one, chucked it on. works fine.
those little tabs on the back of the orange part do break easily, especially under stress, as they are pretty thin plastic.

or do you mean the whole door snib isnt connected to the rod (has the rod fallen out of it)?

So you have the whole snipper button sitting in your hand? If so, you first need to pry the orange locking clip out to the first stage of its clip, but it still remains attached to the button, but sticking out a few mm. Be careful as they're brittle and break easily. You should have a threaded metal rod poking out of the door trim. Make sure all the doors are unlocked and feed this rod up the centre of the snipper button untl the orange locking tab rests on the plastic trim. Now push the orange tab back in to lock onto the threaded rod. If it won't clip on or easily comes back off, then you need a new orange locking part as they commonly break like this. If it doesn't lock in properly and slowly works its way back out, it can catch and as you try to lock the doors, this one will remain unlocked as it jams.
    Hope that helps.
