Basic Info on putting V8 into VS Ute please?

Hi, Basically as the title says, I have a 2000 VS Series 3 Olympic Edition Ute with an AUTO V6,
I really want to put a V8 in it and keep it AUTO either a standard 5Ltr or a stroker.

I'm not great with mechanics so I'd need to have it all done professionally,
Can someone please give me a ball park figure on the costs and a rough idea how long it would take.
Engine Price ??
Installation ??
Any Required or Recommended Mods ??

If ur lookin at putting it in using a mech, i would seiously suggest just buying a v8 ute and selling urs. U'll save a bundle doin it this way, plus ur hair.
