fitting extractors

ive heard that on series 3 statesman/caprice thats its either hard or not possible to get extractors fitted because of a special power steering pump

is that true?

i was planning on gettin 2.5" extractors put in at some point

also, how much louder will it make the car? or would it just give it a better tone?

Just make sue that you order extractors for variable steering! Yes it will alter the sound it will not necessarily make it louder but it will be deeper.
