VS Series 3 Ute

hi guys, ive got a series 3 vs ute and the passenger side window is playing up. the motor and everything works, window goes up and down but wont go all the way up. it gets to about 10cm away from being shut until it makes a big thunking noise and doesnt want to go up anymore. could anybody please assist?
