just wondering if anyone knows how to fix some simple (i hope) but small problems.
my mate converted my car for me yesterday and the main goal was to get it running for me within the day.
which he did.
but the gearstick is really far forward, say neutral is really where you want 1st 3rd and 5th to sit but it almost hits the headunit/plastic work of the interior.
was thinking we needed a longer rod or something but im not sure.
and anyone know why my car would be stalling when i gear down to 2nd or even 1st with the clutch in, not everytime but if i hold the clutch in too long she will stall. clutch just needs adjusting?
and also my clutch doesnt feel the smoothest in the world but its a whole new clutch kit whether it needs wearing in or not im not sure.
if anyone could give me some help would be great as im taking the car back in a week or so to get her finished and any advice is good advice.
cheers!
v6 by the way
Try sending a pm to this bloke...otherwise keep bumping it as someone will know exactly what you want.
