Default VS Berlina chrome bumber mould removal

    Yo,
I've removed my door moulds , but i've become stuck on the front + rear bumper chrome moulds, I've attempted to pry them off with a flat head screwdriver resulting in some paint coming off .
Any ideas on how to remove them without damaging the plastic surrounding the moulds? any help appreciated

maybe try adhesive solvent, might damage paint though. could also try adding head, not too much or youll damage the paint. other than that i think your just gonna have to try do as little damage as possibe and touch up after
