You just need to remove the control arm from the vehicle, then press the old bushes out of the control arm with a press and press plates, and then press in the new bushes, that is unless you are gonna fit nolothane type bushes which dont need to be pressed into the arm, they come in two halves, way easier to fit.If you dont have access to a press, you can use a long bolt and nut with different size washers and pieces of steel pipe to press out the old bush, and to press in the new one if needed...

    Hey Mate,

As far as I'm aware, all you need to do is support the diff with a jack and undo the bolts. You may need to jack the diff up a little bit to take some pressure off the arms
If it's not a Symptom its not relevant, and if its not relevant I don't care!

you can get new (not change over) rear upper trailing arms with heavy duty rubber bushes for $82.55 a pair which save you worrying about getting new bushes pressed in, just remove your old ones and fit the new ones.

They are also probably still available from Holden new. I had to change these bushes in my VN a while back and I just bought a set of new arms from Holden with bushes included and it was less than $100.00 from memory.
