when i start my vs for the first time (during any time of the day or night), it wont go into gear, or i have to rev the clappers out off her to move it, i have to let it sit for 5-10min an warm up its all right runs all day, ive changed the oil and gearbox fillter and still dose it, would anyone know the cause of this problem?![]()
hmm you could be up for another gearbox not to sure if its the same as a 95 vs but if it is
i have one you can have for $250 its only got 162,000
I'd add a can of transmission treatment....usually will tighten up slippery boxes. Costs under $15.

yer i put a bottle of that lucus trainsmission treatment fluid into it when i done the oil change, still no different
i,d put my dollar to say the gearbox needs replacing or rebuilt had my mate here today in his vy was doing the same thing tried absolutly everything
& had no luck so he bit the bullet & put a second hand one in he bought of one of my other mates & he reckons after the run to sydney it drove like it was new gearbox in it
