Default Sparky question/putting power windows in vs exec series one

Yes ive seen the sticky thread. But i still have questions.

I have bought a series 2 vs statesman from an auction and stripped the interior out(nothing else salvagable as its been rolled)
I have plugged the wiring loom into the back passanger door from the statesman. There is no power. I had a look under the steering wheel at the fuse box and there is no fuse in the spot marked 'power windows'. You cant even put one in there as there is only a metal clip on the top half of the circuit.

What do i need to do here?

Since you don't have power for power windows (i.e. the lower fuse contact) none of the other BCM wiring etc. will be there. All you will have is the wiring and plug in the front door looms for the front window regs.
Towards the end of the sticky thread check out the wiring diagrams I posted. This will be the easier option in my opinion by wiring it up like the earlier VN/VP which uses a separate control module and therefore bypasses the BCM. I've done a few this way using the holden wiring diagrams i mentioned and its quite straight forward to follow.
