how do you take the inlet manifold off a VS

Okay after a shit day with the car it start's from here spark plugs & IAC help then goes to this Big screw fell in ecotec motor need help badly :( what i need to know now is how to take the inlet manifold off a VS to get to the screw that fell down the hole i was also reading somewhere that putting it back together there is some screws that have to be put in a weird way what's the go with them?

Mate, that sucks. But before doing all that have you tried just getting a magnet on the end of some wire to get the bolt out? I recently stripped the bolt to my thermo and bolt fell into the hole. Just got a magnet and got the sucker out. Id recommend that before taking the engine apart completely

Edit: Saw that was already recommended. Honestly your best bet though
