Default Toothbrush head in intake hole!!!..D'ohh

Cleaning out plenum chamber (in body) with throttle cleaner and a plastic toothbrush and the head of toothbrush has come off and gone 3rd or 4th (looking from front) intake hole (bore?).
Anyone ever done this?how ya get the mongrel out??? . i've been trying a flexible plastic fuel nozzle duct taped to the end of vacuum cleaner hose,to no avail so far.(might've even pushed it further.)
1.Where would it end up?a water jacket somewhere as it would be in the cooling system somewhere...
2.Would removing the welch plugs under the holes flush it out cos i'd imagine a system flush wouldn't get it out...
3.What would happen if i left it in ? (worse case scenarios),as being plastic it might stay up high as opposed to a bolt that would drop lower...
4.how bad would it damage the system? (or would it only affect heater system (being in qld,i dont use heater!!)
5.Would it deteriorate cos of the chemicals in anti-freeze/anti boil ? (seeing as that stuff can ruin paint)
6.Should i just bolt her back up and not worry about it?(i've just put in 1.95 roller rockers, would there be any strain somehow)
Any replies would be greatly appreciated as its sunday arvo and am trying to her her back together for work this week

Pull the plenum off, as you should have done to start with and fish it out.

LOL, Sorry but I had to..

Um, most likely have to pull the plenumn, and Lower Intake Manifold. Depends on how far down it got...

    1. It won't be in a water jacket. It would end up in the intake runners/LIM - Lower Intake Manifold.

    2. Removing the welch plugs won't help.

    3. Worse case scenario would be it getting jammed in between a valve and the valve seat, holding the valve open, then a piston smashing into the valve damaging itself, and or the valve.
Plastic is no different to metal - it is still affected by gravity,

    4. It wouldn't affect the Heater, its not in the cooling system.

    5. Coolant won't dissolve a toothbrush.

    6. No.

EDIT: Soop Beat me to it!!

Vacuum cleaner+Garden hose attachment + approx 50mm hose duct taped onto vacuum cleaner pipe so it's airtight.Feed hose right down into intake hole, turn on vacuum cleaner and slowly but carefully pull hose out.Wiorked for me.
