VS Over Run Problem :S

Hi everyone, ive got a bit of an issue with my 97' VS Exec,
basically the story is i had a 5 speed VN that got defected so i picked my self up a cheap roller to drop the motor in, So now i Have the VS running with the Buick and t5 (I dont want you to tell me this is illegal, i dont really care it was its first day on the road today and after numerous issues with spark which are now sorted thanks to a new coil pack, ive noticed it has a pretty bad Over run (The car keeps running for about 2 secconds after the key is turned off) its running the VS Computer and loom, converted into singel knock and 02 sensors running the VS air flow meter so im wondering what could be causing the problem?

i should also mention when the key is turned off it is not a nice idel, its very rough only just keeping itself runnig before it shuts off

Ummmmmmm how is a VS ECU and Loom running a buick motor? Change the ECU and Loom over from the VN.

Throw the buick in the bin and put an ecotec in there.
