    Default Vs v6 ecotech very sluggish help please!

    I changed engines cause my old one had a knock in it, but. This new engine is just as bad it miss fires and back fires had it running good for a week but then got worse does anyone know what could be wrong and btw the replacement engine has 193000 mms on it if that helps cheers joel

    plugs, leads, injectors, fuel cleaner, fuel filter, clean plenum and throttlebody, higher flow air filter.

    would be a start.

    How do you clean plenum and the throttle body? ( never touched them)
