valley seal and quarter window question.

i was after some help with the torque specs for the, plenum, and manifold because were changing the valley seal, and most of it is drenched it years of leaking, so how would i go about cleaning it?


oh, and where you seal rear quarter windows, (How To Fix A VN-VS Boot Water Leak) where do you apply the sealant? like a specific side or something

See the second last pix - the tip of the gun is where you start, then go all round the seal. Don't skimp...just remove excess after the window is in place....basically apply sealant wherever the window meets the body.
Plenum bolts 10-14nm
Inlet manifold - 1st go 3-6nm 2nd go 12-18nm.
