vs v8 throttle body and plenum

just wondering if i take off the throttle body to give a scrubben, im guessing there is a gasket where it connects by the two bolts, so should i get new gasket or see what condition its in, and as for the plenum is that gasket recyclible too?? cheers dan

They are rubber sealed so you wont need to replace them,you can spray some carby cleaner then give it a good scrubbing,it will need some very hard cleaning and make sure you dont get it on any wires on the throttle body.Check out some of the other threads they have pictures of what it looks like b4 and after its been cleaned
