i have a vt 5.0 and bought a set of bosch perforamce leads and 2 of them dont have heat shields on them
thought i must have got a dodgy set, but its the way its meant to be

sorry dont know why, but if your new set has them all on there i can't see a problem with it

There are normally no heat shields on the two plugs that don't have an exhaust pipe on both sides - the passenger side front plug and the driver side rear plug. Presumably these two plugs only get half the heat and therefore don't need a heat shield.
