gday just wondering why my clutch is so lumpy or what-not.
can just feel the clutch vibrating and lump around.
wondering if its doing any damage to the clutch itself or do any damage in the future?
car was converted from auto a month or 2 ago.

Is it at idle or when on the go or when it depressed on let off, did you machine the fly wheel and use a new clutch and pressure plate is there grease or dirt on it?
Lots of different problems a bit more info would help.

As above, when exactly is this happening? Were new parts used?
The getrag flywheel is dual mass and cannot be machined. Did you check how much free play rotation it had when it was installed? With the flywheel bolted to the crank, off the top of my head the service limit is 10mm of circumference rotation.
umm sometimes it does it some times it doesnt. usually when down gearing ill notice it the most
new clutch kit. and the free play rotation was 18mm. we were told the limit is 20. whats so bad if its over 20? does it do any damage? or malfunction?
