I just discovered this weird pipe near my fuel tank, it has a clip on the end of it, and it's behinde the driver's side back wheel
please help

it looks like it was connected to something
Mine has a semi clear flexibletubing that goes from the short rubber pipe with the clamps on it to the fuel filler neck .
They have a habit of splitting and breaking after a few years..you will probably find the others are perished also .
If you have to buy new ones get the genuine parts as aftermarket is not up to it and probably more expensive.
