I did mine, which is exactly the same as yours about an hour ago andit took me some figuring out. First you need to undo the nut at the top of the mast (when the mast is down). Then you need to connect 12V- to the bracket near the motor and connect 12+ to the red and white wires (both at once) this will cause the antenna to extend. You should then be able to pull the broken mast out with a bit of force. When I finally got the mast out, the nylon serrated cable had broken off right at the top and therefore was still in where it coils up, so I removed the round plate near the motor, then I removed a white round nylon thing behind that and I was able to get the broken cable out.
You then need to poke the new cable in with the teeth facing the motor, poke it in hard until you feel it click in. You the need to reconnect the 12V- to the bracket and the 12V+ to the red wire which causes the antenna to go down and it should grab the cable and pull it in. This took a few attempt and I ended up removing the mast housing (the aluminium tube) from the base by removing the 2 small screws.
Remember red and white wires together make it go up and red by itself makes it go down. If you run into trouble I might be able to help.
