hey im a newbie to the forums and have had a series 2 vs berlina in pretty bad cond. but im spending a bit on the exterior and am now looking at my dash. i was thinking of putting a set of blue dash lights in but have never dealt with the dash before. any tips or ideas?
cheers
unless your changing the dials as well dont bother, there just the normal old yellow filliment bulbs, the dials have increment coloured in the dials so you can only change it with new dials faces.
so just replace the dials and the bulbs? or would i have to redo the whole lighting set up behind the dash?
yeh you can buy custom dials to suit the colour you want, then just buy clear or white bulbs to light them up, you can by led ones as well which is what i have fitted, much brighter, from memory it's a T5 type bulb.
yep, in the first post he says he wants blue. blue goes through the green backing and still appears blue.
arh ok, i hadn't had much luck with that, but wasn't using leds, so then i made some custom dials with colour i wanted.
where can i buy these blue dail
or bulbs from ?
