    Default V6 supercharged or v8

    hey guys i need a new engine in my vs
    and was wondering is it possible to put either the supercharged 3.8 v6 or the 5 litre v8 in the vs would it fit in

    and this is gonna be a stupid question
    but is it possible to make it look like a standard 3.8 ecotec ?
    im on my red ps

    Yeah, they would both fit, the car could be optioned with either, but its not gonna bolt straight in. Also, There's no way you can make either look like a stock 6.

    No you can't disguise a Supercharger on a L67 or a V8, once you change the motor you need to have that engine number changed on your rego papers. Once they run the plates your gone, and even if you don't change the Engine number, if you get pulled up and asked to open the bonnet your gone again.

    The V8 will fit if you change the K-frame to a V8 one. IMO if your on P's replace it with another N/A Ecotec until your off them. It ain't worth getting caught, I had to wait and I had access to an LS1, LS2 and a RB26DETT on a daily basis so you can imagine the temptation.

    But now I can drive them without worry.

    yeah i might just do that
    looking at buying a N/A 3.8 with manual tranny and just swapping
    thought there wouldnt be a way but guess im gonna have to wait
