HSV enhanced vs

Hey can anybody give me any info on what mod are done to HSV enhanced vs 5.0l from factory.

Im sure this has been asked before but im new so plz dont hold that against me. Is it just air intake and exhaust or is there more mods?

Mate, "HSV enhanced" meant almost anything on the car could have HSV spec items and get the special HSV enhanced badge. It wasn't a package that included certain things like exhaust and intake unless it specifically mentioned HSV exhaust added.

for example, changing the standard steering wheel to a HSV option and everything else was stock meant that car was now "HSV enhanced", and got the special badge.

Dont get conned by used car salesmen. Ask exactly what was enhanced on it.

Normally the HSV enhanced VS models had:
- 185 Kw engine with:
- Cold air injection
- Modified memcal and knock sensor
- "185" badges on engine covers
- HSV extractors and exhaust with an oval exhaust tip
- HSV enhanced badge on passenger dashboard
- "Performance Enhanced V8" badges on rear quarter panels
- "Post Office" slot grille
- HSV build plate on firewall

That's all I can think of.

Back in VS days you only had to option a HSV instrument cluster and you got a "HSV Enhanced" Plate and badging. if you had a car with a HSV enhanced ENGINE you got those mods.

i have a vs hsv enhanced v6, my car has twin airbags, level 3 instrument cluster, trip computer, live axle (lsd) cold air intake gts bodykit and vl walky 16" rims. i am third owner of vehicle. it went down the line as an executive with all the options fitted at time of build.
