Not exactly the answer your looking for, but it fits in my VX exactly the same as my old Bosch battery.

Heres a decent comparison for you, The Century 58VT which is suited for VT Commodores, is 238mm Length X 172mm Width X 210mm Height . The Optima D34 is 254mm Length X 174.6mm Width X 198.4mm Height. The lower height is good because when I had my old Bosch, it used to bend the top battery casing to get the bar across the top of the battery horizontal. The D34 fits much better.

Another comparison the AC Delco battery to suit the VS commodore is 240mm Length X 174mm Width X 185mm Height

Should fit without problems. I have D34s installed in my VS Calais and VS Clubsport. Although they are both V8s, the battery is in the same position and orientation (+ and - terminals) as a V6.
