front windows playing up! want to jump out of tracks

i just bought a vs ss with electric windows and the problem i have is that when winding them up they seem to catch on the way up. shuddering and carrying on.

the top rear corner of the window seems to pop outwards from where it should be at the same time, however if i grab the window at the front and pull it backwards it seems to work better.

is this a worn out window rubber/bailey channel? dodgy regulator/winding mechanism? or something else?

Hey mate ive fixed a few of these...With age the tracks give up slowly and slide across making everything off its normal operating path. An easy fix is to pull the trim off, pull the window across as far as possible to the front of the car and then drill a hole and put a pop rivert in to fix it in its new path and should go up as normal again.
