can you install the larger camber kit bushes and adjusters in both rear control arm bushes (inside and outside) to allow for more adjustment in the camber.
and what about the front, Can you get more camber adjustment out of the front.
I got a wheel alignment today and they told me it is to low to get the camber right so the rear is at -3deg and the front is -1
depending on the brand of irs kits you have, pedders and nolathane use the same kit for inner and outer mounts where superpro and whiteline have more adjustment on the outer camber kit, if you put the larger outer camber adjustment bush in the inner it has to much adjustment and it wont adjust all the way to the top, the trailing arm hits the x-member and wont adjust any more. the earlyer commodores were bad for excessive camber when real low. as for your front there is factory adjustment but some times there is not enough if its real low
Hey mate I'm a wheel aligner for an income and fit these kits day in and day out - you should most definantly be able to get the front alot better without kits and they wouldn't be worth the money anyway mate - just a quick questions how low is ur car or what springs are you running?? I agree with Glenn on superpro kits which are also gm factory kit - I put them in my car just inners and got the rear camber from -4degrees to -2.5 and even toes of 0.7mm - if your car is really low don't bother with the 4point mate and u can always modify the crossy for of it ends up rubbing like glen said I've done this also before. Just remove the crossy cut the lower inner brackets off and space them up an inch - u won't have no rubbing noises and there is clearance in the body for this- if ur in sth east suburbs mate I can help u with any of this for a fraction of the price anyone else would charge u - matt
