Unhappy VR V8 Error codes (ongoing)

I want to put his to bed once and for all:
My vr v8 is still experiencing error codes 41,59 and 72 where do i start?
code 41 is possibly related to the hall sensor around the dizzy, where do i start with that? CHECKS ETC. what parts do i require?
Code 59 is possibly related to an auto trans sensor and the same and code 72.
what parts do i need to buy and how do i start with this procedure location exactly.
There is sometimes a slight miss while driving at 80-90kms, what then happens is the engine light comes on and all seems to be good? Engine light will then stay on for the rest of the journey. Not sure if this is going into limp home mode or the t/ converter is not locking up due to these trans sensors playing up. All help will be much appreciated as this is started to p... me off.

hey mate an extremely common problem for this fault also including the car cranking alot before firing or cranks heaps and still wont fire is an ignition module problem - replace the little square box on your passanger side wheel well " under bonnet " and see how you go. Happened to me and with this cold weather happens alot more to the efi v8's - a friend at work of mine has the exact same problem (minus the auto codes ) and put a module on hes and is good as gold -

Had them stumped, i dont think they wanted to attempt this problem.Looks like i will have to do this one myself, so much for paying a tradesman?
$90 and half a day, they couldnt tell me any more than i new myself, hope i can fix it so i can go back and rub it in.

Problem is with the codes somtimes is one leads to another-> that causes another. So a few common sensce head calc have to be taken into account. Example: You get a few codes, some which are trans codes. Possibly some trans codes could be generated cause it lost a reference signal from the ecu, which gets a refernce off the dfi module, so yes the trans has a fault code, but the root cause was the DFI module is clagging out and throwing up another code.

So im not really sure here whats happening, but if someone here would post up what generates these codes, then that would give you some good clues as where to start. Could be a simple as a split vacume line on a sensor, or it may possibly be the dizzy hall sensor is finished and needs replacing. This is moderatly expensive(if u replace the dizzy) and a pain in the arse to do though. Pulling the dizzy is not fun. I would exhaust all other options first. Im not even sure if jaycar sell the replacement hall now either. you may have to source one, or just buy a whole new dizzy.

DTC 59 is Transmission fluid temperature sensor - signal voltage high - which means the sensor has determined that the fluid temperature is below 37 degrees C for one second (normal transmission operating temperature is 82 to 94 degrees C. Have you checked your transmission fluid level?
DTC 72 is Vehicle speed signal intermittent.
The Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) circuit consists of a magnetic induction type sensor and vehicle speed sensor wiring. Gear teeth pressed on the output shaft of the transmission induce an alternating current in the vehicle speed sensor. This alternating current is transmitted to the PCM.
DTC 72 is used to detect an intermittent failure. If a hard VSS fault exists, it will set DTC 24.
DTC 72 will set if the vehicle is operating at a road speed and something happens to the VSS signal.
Check all connections for proper retention. When DiagnosticTrouble Code 72 is set the transmission will have maximum line pressure and command 3rd gear only. If DTC 72 is set while in 4th gear, the vehicle will stay in 4th gear
However, as the vehicle is coasting to stop the transmission will downshift normally from 4 to 3. Once the downshift into 3rd gear has occurred, the vehicle will stay in 3rd gear
Check that wiring harness for VSS are not routed near high voltage sources such as spark plug cables which could induce a false signal onto the VSS signal.
DTC 72 could possibly be set by rapidly accelerating the vehicle in a loose material (such as sand or gravel) where the wheels can be spinning faster than actual vehicle speed then having the spinning wheel rapidly decrease when it contacts a hard surface. Review DTC history to identify when DTC 72 was set.

RE. code 59 transmission was just serviced, fluid level correct, code was picked up after the service was performed.
What was also found during the service, the transducer as it was pronounced was leaking oil out of the wiring plug on the side of this.
i think this is also called the vss, was quoted $120 dollars to replace this and 15mins to do the job.
i am thinking that this could be causing the dtc 72 error, what do you think?

May have to get the auto trans guy to drop the pan again and check wiring and sensor inside trans for code 59. what do you think?
code 41 i am in the process of replacing the hall sensor while the intake manfold is off.(oil leaks)
