It started so went to place i needed to go and then when i went to came home again i went to start it did it again so after i allot of waitin with fustration for about 2hrs it started and has been going fine for a few days until today it started all over again any ideas please.
I would say crank angle sensor, but it could also be the DFI module.

Crank Angle Sensor (Pulley will have to be removed).
DFI Module (I removed the long skinny cover to show the DFI Module more clearly).

Have some water handy and when it doesn`t start when hot throw the water over the cas to cold it down and if it starts replace the cas.
I had similer problem and stalled at 60k/h I was lucky I got it started stright away had no codes so I just replaced it been sweet ever since.

The crank angle sensor won't always throw a fault code up in my experience. I'd say that's your problem though.
ok did the water trick and still no good end up getting RAA out and they checked it out and ended up being fuel pump is faulty as when you hit the tank it goes. so need to know how to drain the petrol out as got a full tank and not going to waste it.
go to supercrap auto barn etc and ask for a fuel tank drain pump that will get most of it out then when you take the cars fuel pump out a little bit might still run out so just do it really slowly if you were in VIC i could help you as i changed mine not to long ago
or you could do it the old way get some garden hose shove it down into the tank suck on the end till it starts coming out but you have to be fast to do it so it does not go in your mouth lol
One other thing you can do is get a clean container and undo the bottom two bolts on the fuel pump and the fuel will drain like that. Also take the fuel cap off so it drains faster.

Yeah when I tried to siphon fuel out of my VS the metal part of the siphon hose got caught on the flap in the filler neck and ended up falling in the tank so I had to get it out once the fuel pump was out. Everytime I change a fuel pump, I drain the tank from the 2 bottom bolts.

Just use a length of 1/4 inch garden hose to syphon with, and hold the little petrol flap thingy open with a screwdriver while you remove the hose after youve syphoned the tank, otherwise the hose can jamb up in the flap and break it......
