1995 VS Executive Level 2 Dash loom change [Question]

Hey guys,
Checked under my console for the electric window switches wiring and there is none in my 95 executive VS, i know i can complete the electric window conversion without using the BCM but i want to do it the proper way! If i buy another Level 2 loom with electric windows switches is it just a straight swap over, plug and play? do i need to take the dash off? All help is appreciated, thanks

did this in a mates vr but they can be different his didnt need any messin around just straight swap..
