vs series 2 manual gearbox into vr senator?

as title sais, ive got a vs series 2 manual gearbox conversion, inlcuding harness and ecu

my questions are

i have an 185 motor with a knock sensor, will the vs ecu work or not? or can i just swap memcal?? or is that not possible cause its an auto memcal?? <-- dont know

will the harness plug straight into the rest of the car with no problems? or do i have to repin anything?

i have factory hsv extractors, do they have to be changed to manual exhaust? or is it all the same? i would of thought with a manual box id have more room than before??
