Yes. Only difference is the position of the holes for the round holden badge. Both have 2 holes with the vr being vertical and the vs being on a diagonal.

thanks for that im looking for a boot lid for my vs ss as mine has had a super car wing on it and i took it off now i have holes on the boot if i can get a good boot lid i will sell the wing and boot

i got a boot lid on ebay atm, its starting price 99 cents but i wouldnt mind gettin it away for around 10 dollars
