    Default saas?

    so supercheaps got a sale going with saas race seats for like 150 and was thinking of picking some up? anyone know about they brand they seem like a 'generic' brand but theyr also a good price
    thoughts?

    You'll need an engineers certificate for different seats... I had to get an engineers cert for my 4x4 so cant see why a car would be any different. But that's in NSW, and QLD is pretty relaxed on that sort of stuff I hear

    Yeah just confirming, in NSW you WILL need a engineers cert for the seats, even if they have the standard anchorage points. Im sure if you had a pinkslip done they might turn a blind eye but they would pick it up in a bluey for sure. Not to mention if you were to be pulled over by the police you might get a defect notice.

    The seats all meet Australian Standards but need to be inspected....

    (ADR 3/ and ADR 5/)

    in qld u need a mod plate for aftermarket seats. but is way cheaper to get a mod plate in qld than to get a car engineered in nsw.
