vr exec airbag

Hey guys just baught a new vr exec and the steering wheel it torn at the horn buttons can you replace the rubber or do i have to get a whole new airbagged steering wheel

hi there. You need too change the airbag because the split rubber is part of it. it unbolts from the steering wheel with tamper proof Torx bits at the sides. If replacing airbag, disconnect your battery first, for saftey.
