wincreen wipers stopped

here's one for ya dudes, was driving home yesterday from nsw to qld in some super heavy rain, i noticed some water was coming in on the passenger floor(i wasnt driving at the time) when going around corner's(quite a lot too) then all of a sudden the wiper's stopped working. we pulled over to check the car over. no blown fuse and the wiper relay could still be heard clicking in every 5 sec's approx, thought's?? keen to fix them so any thoughts out there? also where the water was coming in??

All I can think off is the wiper motor is burnt out

Found the problem guys, the screws that hold the windscreen wiper motor to the bracket had fallen out, only 1 was still in place. The whole assembly moved and jammed. All fixed now and thread locked in place. I rock!!!!
