    Default v8 pacemaker extractors?

    Hey every one.
Wondering if anyone knows the clearance on the pacemaker extractors on the passangers side.
mine has about 1mm clearance on the chasis rail and has started making clonking noises under the passenger side when ever going over a bump and load it in gear and u can see it touching the chasis rail engine mount aint broken or any thing like that. IM thinking it has moved over abit when i scraped the exhaust yesterday when it started clonking straight after it i took it in to the exhaust shop today and they said it fine but wouldnt load it to see it hitting.

The 5L engine mounts can slide in the slots on them. So althought the mounts might not be broken, the engine may have shifted on them.

My mates SS had this problem. Put it up on a hoist and used a pole as well as lowering/ raising the hoist to wrigle the enging into the correct spot. Then retightened the mount bolts
Hit me up with some reputation points if i've helped you out! (Star in the bottom left!) Cheers!
