VS Dent removal

Howsit fellow VS enthusiasts

Has anyone any knowledge on popping out small dents that have no paint damage? Is it something someone with a little aptitude can take on or should I take it to a pro?
Also,
I've noticed recently alot of people are taking off the black strips down the sides of their cars, does anyone in sydney have each doors trim from a berlina with the chrome strip still in good nick that they dont want?

hey mate the chrome strip once its been taken off is pretty much rooted you can buy it from supercheap pretty easy to put on i think its about 15 bucks for a 5 mtr roll

Got one on left fender and to small ones either side of the holden badge on the bonnet, was pissed off one day when I was closing the bonnet, used a little to much force!
