the 7.5 is the rim width.

    For
them to fit, they must be 5stud, pcd120x5, with the correct offset.

did you want aftermarket wheels or holden/hsv wheels and any sort of budget?

and if you can spare a nice $4000+ and are willing to go to 19inch then id say these

if not, most holden wheels look good on a commodore, just check out a site like wheelking, holmart, jhp etc and have a look at the range.
some wheels may not be on there though as they are much harder to find, like HBD W series wheels
how about we make the pedals out of sticky rubber and the shoes with steel spikes. at least my shins would like that

18 x 7.5 will fit without an worry I would think. I have 18 x 8's all 'round with low springs and very small spacers. Never had any clearance or scrubbing issues.

ahh i got them from some wheel store in auburn area (sydney) haha i know sounds dodgey but seemed like a legit business to me. they were used but immaculate and i was told the guy drove the car straight from the dealer to his store. they were machined to fit because they are VE Calais rims and he put brand new tires (some brand i have never heard of though) on them. he also said he could do the same for these VE 2 calais rims for 1700. i can find out the name of the store if you want.

Yeah 18 x 7.5 is pretty thin really, and you might want to roll your guards and get an adjustable panhard rod to help with scraping issues if you haven't yet.
