    Default vs stateman doors on a vr will they fit

    Hey guys i got a vr commy and am looking at buying a vs stateman for spares its a v6 and mines an 8 so im not mad lol but i need to know if yhe doors will bolt on or are they a different size? thanks guys

    Just as a side issue, you lookin at trying to get rid of anything from the stato assuming you buy it ? In particular seats, trims etc. I realise that you bought it bc you may have wanted to upgrade.....but just thought I ask

    As for your initial question - if they do fit, I would then ask why? Does the stato gets it length from the rear half of the car or what?

    stato has the same wheelbase as a wagon. it has that extra bit behind the door infront of the rear wheel.

    and something im not sure of, but i would imagine the stato doors to be heavier due to elec windows and more sound deadening?

    Just so you know, Electric windows are lighter than wind up...

    note the fixed glass in the back door, longer at the top on statesmans.






    front doors will fit fine, just need to swap the vents on the doors to match the dash
