Default Hmm This Dont Look Good...

Hey. Today during one of my rutine engine checks i noticed a fairly large crack in one of the extractors on my v6. I started the engine and air does escape fron this crack. It is situated on the bend where all 3 pipes join into one. Its just a crack with maybe a 1mm gap even smaller and it doesnt go all the way around the pipe. I was looking to get a new set of pacemakers anyway but moneys a little tight atm and i was just wondering if driving the car with a crack in the extractor will have any consequences, i assume maybe loss of power and econmy issues but can it do damage to my engine? any help is appreciated.
Thanxs

The standard ones are known to sometimes crack. there shouldnt be too much of a problem driving it round, another standard one would only really cost you about $50, ive seen a few when someones open the bonnet and noticed a crack in one of there extractors that could have been there for god knows how long... if its really gunna worry you just get a replacement one from the wreckers for the time being before you get the pacies.
