Your close but I'll think you'll find your leaking Automatic Transmission Fluid out of the smaller looking radiator or the rubber hoses that attach to it... Have another look and let us know...

Check your tranny fluid isn't black while your at it. Otherwise I'd change that sooner rather than later

The transimission fluid may be leaking from higher up, as it has worked its way down it has porbably picked up allot of crud, turning it black.

Give everything an extra good clean, inspect the transimission cooler lines where they join the radiator. Does your car have another small radiator in front of that one? like a transmission cooler?

Pics of where the leak is actually comming from might help too. Oh and to answer the question, the Air conditioning system does have lubricant in it, but it is super thin, like piss water thin, if you are losing this your AC wont work, for long anyway.

That is the receiver/dryer and its attached to the condenser not the radiator its part of the A/C in your car.And it holds gas and it does leak oil,the one that your showing looks very corroded, the purpose of this is it removes any moisture from the oil. They need to be maintained like everything else in your car otherwise it will stop working properly.

Hey guys, thanks for all your replies, sorry i havent been on, my left lung collapsed for the second time in 2 months last monday so i havent been able to do alot. As it turns out the leak is coming from the back of the engine/front on the gearbox, the drips on the front must have just been run off, im not sure exactly where its leaking but its only leaking a couple of drips a day so it can wait until im healed a bit more and ill look further into it. Have a good one and thanks again.

rear main seal? thats a very long way to have run off in the wrong direction.

You could have seperate leaks. Correct me if i'm wrong but going from what I have read in this thread, the two cannot be related unless you do allot of high speed reversing.

If it was leaking from the A/C - maybe it is finally out of gas - Check if the A/C Still works !
