QUICK EASY Q: What do the tail lights on the actual boot lid do?..theres 4 bulbs

What do the tail lights on the actual boot lid do?..theres 4 bulbs..i have just realised i have no power to them..my park lights and brake lights work on the big tail lights and the 2 small number plate lights work but no power to these 4 bulbs when tested with a test light im about to go for rego

The top (red) ones are parkers/tail lights and the bottom (clear) ones are the reverse lights.
