just a q on exaust options

just wanting to no what sort of exaust i should put on my vr commy v6 for a bit of a power increase without spending to much money and weather its worth going with extractors or just 2.5 inch with factory manifold and what sort of price i maybe looking at and if any 1 nows a good place to get it done on the gold coast
