Mate buy yourself a gregorys VR workshop manual for around $40.They've got plenty of pics and step by step instructions for what you want to do, and it will make the job so much easier..Plus it lists all the head bolt and manifold bolt tensions that you will need when tensioning down heads and manifolds with a tension or torque wrench,and it also shows the proper tightening sequence for the heads and manifold etc,so the heads and manifolds can be tensioned down properly without warping them..
