Why can i hear the tappets under light acceleration in my V8,oil is NOT low

I noticed this small issue lately and cant help but wonder how long its being going on for since i usually cant hear it over the radio.
The tappets tend to be noisy when starting but goes after a few seconds once the oil get up the top. Could i have a faulty oil pump?

The lifters could be worn out, how many k's has it done?

When was your last oil change?
Is there enough oil in the engine?
What sort of engine oil did you/they use last oil change?
How many km's are on the engine?
What sort of oil pressure do you have?

Oil change was about 7000k's ago
Yes plenty of oil,i even topped it up to be sure
Ive always used 20-50 oil and thats the same now
Engine done 60,000k's since being put in the car (replaced with reco engine after 200,000ks)
I have no idea of the sort of oil pressure i have?

Are you hearing the tappets or the injectors? My injectors are ridiculously loud and it does sound like lifters tapping.

I can hear the injectors,just but the tappets sound stands out a bit more then the injectors

If it's only when you start the car (and it's been services properly) the it will be a drain back issue probably try a better oil filter.
