blew me radiator
i have owned my VR for going on 4 years ever since day 1 it had the crap CPC radiator cap i just kept filling it up every 3rd or 4th day i drove the car than about a week ago i installed a tridon radiator cap now my temps have been hovering around mid way tonight my car almost over heated i made it home to find a pin hole in one side of the radiator in the plastic so would the tridon radiator caps pressure have caused this or what could it have been?

Could of been like that for a long time and the increased pressure with the new cap caused it to be more visible. Side tanks in the vr are notorious for failing

thanks for the reply its not the side tank its the side plastic on the radiator its self there looks to be a little pin hole
