hey guys ive got a vs ute and a vt sedan is it possible to swap the motor out of the vt and put it into the vs ?

its only running on 5 cylenders not 6 and cause its done 300 000ks if i get it fixed other things will start giving way and in my vt i only have 180 000

This is my guess. I may be wrong or leave some things out.

Youll need the engine, PCM, BCM?, engine, exhaust system up to the y piece, the engine loom? That is my guess. the "?" is what im not sure on.

I have done this, but you may need to change the intake manifold and exhaust manifold on the LH side, and of course all the wiring. I say maybe as some models have EGR and not sure if the VS and VT do or don't.

VT has a EGR the VS has a PCV. The EGR is on the exhaust, the PCV is in the manifold.

My VS was only running on 5 cylinders until I cleaned out the injectors (New ones on the way) Mine has done 300 000ks as well lol
