idle problem still??!

When cold for the first 15 Minutes driving my idle goes up and down when I come to a stop or about to? It's a Manual 304 5spd. Iv changed the IAC and spark plugs etc.. But still can't work out this issue??

try replacing the manifold air temp sender, it's on the middle LHS port runner of the manifold.
if you have a v6 around, swap sensors with it and see if it sorts it out for you. (exact same part, holden still has em, but repco and bursons didn't last time i checked)
